The First Step
A cessation of life document must be signed by a doctor, paramedic or other suitably qualified person, confirming the passing, before your loved one can be brought into our care.

If the deceased has passed away at home, without any medical professional present, you will need to contact 000, the Ambulance service or a Doctor..
If the passing occured in a hospital or aged care facility, the medical staff will organise for that document to be completed and will then call us, as the nominated funeral provider, to commence transport of your loved one to our care facility in Dromana.

The next steps
We will bring your loved one into our care and – when convenient for you – one of our Directors will make an appointment to meet with you in person, by phone or skype/zoom.
We will then assist you to plan a memorable funeral for your loved one.

If you have lost a loved one in a transport accident, TAC – Transport Accident Commission Victoria – offer financial support with funeral costs and counselling services and can also provide financial support for dependants.
